  9.           the form of MicroSoft Cobol 2.xx                    ..see guide

  11.           Since nrcobol_1c.lha i have been informed of slight prob with
  12.           the cli interface, which crept in unawares. whoops !) Those of
  13.           you using the GUI wouldnt have noticed a thing.

  15.           Since nrcobol_1b.lha i have extended the syntax, fixed a few 
  16.           features brought to my notice, and added a few tooltypes to make
  17.           life so much easier.

  19.           This version has been compiled under DICE 3.15 as m68000 for 
  20.           wb 2.00+ systems. see guide for limitations.
